Arielle & Sam's Victorian Hillside Engagement Shoot

The soft glow of the diminishing sunlight in the Dandenong Ranges provided a picturesque backdrop for Arielle and Sam's picnic inspired engagement session in mid spring. These two beautiful souls quietly embraced each other as the evening cooled and the last rays of sun slipped behind the treeline to cast long shadows across the open field atop the tallest mountain in the area. Before setting out to capture the radiant and sweet love of this pair, I had asked Arielle if there was anything she and Sam liked to do together, any kind of hobby they were fond of. She replied saying they had both started to read Narnia together and were also passionate about hiking. A combination of both resulted in the quiet skimming of C.S Lewis' fantasy novel amongst the small ferns standing at knee height in the Olinda Arboretum.
